Blizzard made a team-based, multiplayer first-person shooter? A few years ago that would have sounded very strange but they did and they did it very well. In a year full of Titanfall, Call of Duty and Battlefield, this game managed not to only stand out but arguably lead the pack in 2016. Overwatch has changed what to expect from the team-based shooter. Each character is unique with a wide range of gameplay. A must buy.
Titanfall was before current Call of Duty. In fact the current Call of Duty is pretty much a clone of the original Titanfall. This time around it is a better game. It has added new Titans, new weapons, and new abilities. There is even a very compelling single-player campaign. After you are done playing with yourself there are tons of other game modes to play multiplayer with.
People have been waiting for this game for decade. I am not sure any game is worth a 10 year wait but this game is pretty awesome. Final Fantasy XV got rid of menus for real-time combat system that’s built around a central warping mechanic. There is a deep story as well.

What was one of the biggest Xbox One exclusive titles is headed to PlayStation 4 and the PC. The highly anticipated sequel to the monster hit first-person shooter just got a teaser trailer. EA’s YouTube channel published the first teaser trailer for Titanfall 2. The original is one of the most distinctive first-person shooters of 2014. Most of the future tech in Call of Duty seemed to be direct from it. Developer Respawn Entertainment is back at it again. It should not be a surprise since Respawn dropped hits before the game even went live that it would be making Titanfall 2 multiple platforms. EA will hold its EA Play conference on June 12th in Los Angeles. That is right before E3 2016 jumps off.

As of today’s Xbox One system update you can directly access Xbox 360 games. What this means is that Xbox 360 should be stop being sold. In other words Xbox is dead. Long live Xbox. On top of adding access to Xbox 360 games. The update also brings Party Chat to Xbox One Twitch broadcasts. This will let players to send Party Chat audio to speakers and a headset at the same time. Xbox One fans of the Gears of War series have waited a while for game of their own. That wait is almost over. Gears of War 4 details released today bring a lot of information to the table. We knew the game was coming some nine months. It was first revealed at E3. The game is set be the biggest Xbox One exclusive of the year. The folks at Game Informer have revealed a whole lot. For starters Gears of War 4 takes place 25 years after Gears 3.
The game follows JD Fenix, the son of Marcus Fenix. The game also follows the friends of little Fenix; Kait Diaz and Delmont Walker. JD Fenix is an idealist who ran away from home at a young age to join the the COG militia but got involved in classified incident. JD Fenix and his friends are all Outsiders. Microsoft has tried everything it can to catch up to Sony but not even a price cut has helped close the gap. Some think that the Xbox One is the best console on the market. However sales don’t reflect that sentiment. Microsoft still has some tricks up its sleeve to play catch up with Sony when it comes to sales. They are releasing six new console bundles.
