I am not fans of crowdsourcing products. I treat them like CES products. Great promise but hardly ever make it to the customer. Almost two years later, I'm still waiting on my COIN or refund both of which were promised by the company. That said there are some exceptions that are worth taking note of. The door lock August was one of them. The Neptune Suite Hub looks like it too could be the next one to be a great success.
