This is not however the Facebook's iPad app. In fact Facebook has gone out of it's way to removed the iPad app code from the latest version. That means if you update to this new version. The jailbreak tweak FaceForward to enable the Facebook for iPad app won't work. So I would skip updating the app on your iPad for now.
