If you are one of those people that can not wait until IOS 7 hits the open market. There is a way to download it right now to your device without having a developer account. It’s pretty simple too. Word of caution, do not do this on your main phone. iOS 7 is in beta. That means it will be buggy. Now that is out of the way. Read below for instructions or watch the video.
- Download the correct .ipsw file for your device
- connect your phone to iTunes and (Alt/Option for mac, or Shift for Windows) on the Update button instead the restore button.
So the trick is to use the Update option rather than the Restore option. It is not clear if this works on other iOS devices as well (though iOS 7 beta is not yet available for the iPad).
