Instagram is finally headed to Windows Phone and it is about time. Development for a mobile app for Windows Phone 8 is underway. Nokia executive vice president Chris Weber said that Instagram is coming to Microsoft’s mobile platform. What he did not say was a when it is coming. There are no specific release dates for the sharing app. Windows Phone is still missing a whole host of apps such as Instagram, Vine, Pinterest, Google Maps, YouTube and Flipboard.
