Blackberry wins injunction against Ryan Seacrest’s Typo iPhone keyboard case

To say that BlackBerry was not pleased with the design of the Typo was an understatement. A US district judge in San Francisco agreed with the failing company over the look-a-like keyboard. The judge has granted k a preliminary injunction on sales of the Typo. What that means is there will be a temporary sales ban. You will just have to hold on to your $99. It's all for the best as a new iPhone coming out in September anyway.
