Richard Branson is one of those people that put their money where there mouth is and then some. He already said that he would be in space when his Starship flys out. Now we know when that is. Virgin Galactic’s first commercial space tourism flight will be sometime next year. Richard Branson and his grown children will fly in Virgin’s SpaceShipTwo. The ship has already completed several test flights. The ship will be about 60 miles over Earth. The almost 3 hour flight will have its passengers weightless for only 5mins at a cost of $200,000 per person. I thought that was crazy but some 529 people have already signed up and deposited their money. That cost comes with a week of training prior to take off.
