This is not a picture its a game. 3D artist Benoît Dereau who has worked on the great game Dishonored. He just dropped a video called Unreal Paris. The thing is that this video is not live action. Instead it is a video of a tech demo. The whole thing was created using the latest Unreal Engine. The video is very short but the level of realism is off the charts.The 3D-modeled Parisian apartment is so just gorgeous and realistic one has to do a double take.
