Google offered Groupon $6 billion. They said no and later was evaluated at $15 Billion. Sounds like a smart move but Google may have the last laugh. Google Offers is now offering local deals on restaurant deals, shopping deals and other local deals will be emailed to users each day. Users will also be able to tell nearby friends of deals via Facebook, Twitter and Google Buzz. Let’s see if this will take a bite out of Groupon.
