Sorry NBA, Sorry James, Wade and Bosh. Your dynasty is going to have to reschedule for next year.  Dirk did not have the strongest first quarter but his team was there to help out. Terry shot the ball very well.  The Heat did a very good job getting together this year and will make it to the playoffs next year without much a problem. That being said. It is time for the Dallas Mavericks team to go home to their fans welcome open arms to celebrate.

This game has been a game of runs. Dallas was at one point up by more than 10 points. Then Miami went on a run of their own. Dallas had hit 20 out of 33 three point shots in the 1st half alone. Terry was 8-10 from the floor.  Wade did what he did every game. She showed up to play and got his points. Bosh got his points and James got his as well. The thing that killed Miami was turn overs.

Dirk had clean shots all night but could not make them. It was not like him at all. JJ Barea and Chalmers played like they were the stars tonight. JJ has come a long way from when no one had ever even heard of him to know where he is a household name. Chalmers on the other side has taken the starting role away from a long time well established Mike Bibby.

The Mavericks were in foul trouble  all night. The Heat took 20 free shots midway through the 3rd quarter.  Dallas on the other hand had taken just 7. Miami had 16 turnovers.  In the end it was too much role players playing their roles too well for Miami to win. That and you know Dirk was not going to stay silent the whole game.

  1. I can’t say how happy I am to see Lebron have to go through another entire year of crap from the media and deservedly so. He played with so much passiveness in these NBA finals and he stayed content with deferring to other players. The Heat as a team didn’t put in great performances but it doesn’t matter because in the end it’s all going back to Lebron. Those late game stats that haunted him during the year haunted him during the most important time of the year as well. We thought he had exorcised the demons when he hadn’t. Going to be a real interesting summer for Lebron James and co. Also, you think you could check out my blog cuz I’d love to hear what you have to say.

  2. Dirk earned his ring and he was the real closer tonight. He has had to wait on long time for his ring, longer than other superstars. Congrats Dirk, J-Kidd and Co.
