I tested this out and must say it really does speed up the ordering process. This is just the latest place that Apple Pay has inflated. Apple is adding about a million new users per week. Grubhub is hoping to get in on that action. 60% of its $2.4B in orders are placed via its mobile apps so adding Apple Pay can only help that number grow.
