HTC plans to launch three tablet PCs in the first half of 2011 with the first model, the Flyer that will run on Android 2.3.  But users will be able to upgrade to Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) when it’s available. HTC will launch the Flyer on an un-named carrier. They plan to hit market before RIM’s PlayBook in March…
