Apple asks judge to dismiss iTunes monopoly lawsuit but sues Samsung over Galaxy line. Says too similar to iPhone
Apple lawsuit news seems to be the big thing going on right now. First Apple sues Samsung for infringing on the iPhone and iPad’s look and feel.
